This October as part of Mental Health Month, Lifeline Macarthur launched its Small Steps for Suicide Prevention Project, an initiative to destigmatise mental health suicide in the community. The Small Steps Project encourages individuals in the community to look after their own mental health with smalls steps, reach out to those who may be struggling and to join the community in normalise conversations around mental health and promote suicide prevention.
