Walk with Levi

Mental Health Month is an opportunity to raise awareness, reduce stigma and encourage open conversations about mental health and wellbeing. It highlights the importance of connection, early help-seeking and knowing where to access support when it is needed. Through community activities, education and meaningful conversations, Mental Health Month encourages us to check in with ourselves and others and recognise that mental health is an important part of overall wellbeing.

With this in mind, Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney are excited to invite you to our first Walk with Levi 🐾 event! a relaxed and welcoming community event celebrating connection, wellbeing and the simple things that can help us feel supported.

WHEN: Sunday 25^th October

WHERE: Harrington Park- Meet at Parx Coffee house

TIME: 8am for an 8:30am start 

Levi is a much-loved member of the Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney team and plays an important role in supporting the wellbeing of our volunteer Crisis Support Workers. His gentle nature, wagging tail and comforting presence help create a positive environment where volunteers can pause, connect and recharge after supporting people through crisis.

Walk with Levi is an opportunity to step outside, enjoy some fresh air, connect with others and take a moment to focus on wellbeing — with Levi happily leading the way! 🐾
