A safe place to share, connect and find support with others who understand.
Losing someone to suicide can bring many complex emotions, including grief, shock, guilt, anger, confusion and questions that may never have clear answers. Everyone’s experience of loss is different, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve.
Whether your loss was recent or happened many years ago, our Suicide Bereavement Support Groups offer a compassionate and supportive space where you can connect with others who understand the impact of losing someone to suicide.
The groups provide an opportunity to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe, respectful and non-judgemental environment. Together, participants can explore their grief, feel less alone and find support as they navigate life after loss.
You are welcome to attend at your own pace, share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and connect with others who understand the depth of your loss.
Group Options

In-person group – Last Thursday of each month
Join us face-to-face at Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney, 13 McPherson Road, Smeaton Grange. Onsite parking is available.
Online group – First Thursday of each month
Connect with others from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Please contact Wendy for information about joining the online group.
