Denise Braham, member of the team at our Tahmoor Lifeline Shop, this month received a NSW Seniors Week Local Achievement Award from Judy Hannan MP, Member for Wollondilly.
Denise was nominated by Samantha Beard, Manager of our Tahmoor store.
Nominees and guests attended a celebration in Ms Hannan's Wollondilly Electorate Office in Tahmoor.
Seniors make up the bulk of all volunteers in NSW and deserve to be recognised for their time and commitment.
Sam said Denise was a dedicated, caring and supportive team member at the Tahmoor store.
"She is a well-known member of our local community, who has a great rapport with customers and is always willing to help to cover shifts and others when needed,” she said. “Nothing is ever too hard.
"Denise is a valued member of our team and is greatly appreciated for all she does."
