Psychology students show interest in training opportunities

Updated: Sep 26, 2023

The School of Psychology at Western Sydney University invited Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney to exhibit and join a panel at its Psychology Careers Expo 2023.

The expo was designed as a forum where students could access information about aligned organisations and attend panel discussions focusing on future study options and employment opportunities.

Suicide Prevention Coordinator Nalini Heynen and Training Support Jess Marshall were approached by many enthusiastic students about training and working with Lifeline.

Jess brought her own certificate for the Psychology degree she earned at UWS, as a result of which she was asked to speak on the panel for employability.
